Lucie Lattimer - Founder & Owner
I have worked in travel for over twenty years, from media and luxury hospitality to tailored travel. My journey began when I organised my first group ski trip at 17 years old. After studying at Durham University & the Courtauld Institute of Art, I worked in Italy, leading art tours from Venice to Rome and Naples to Palermo.
From there, I went to work at The Guardian & Observer, in their Travel Partnerships team, putting together holidays for their readers, working with brands such as Eurostar, British Airways, Cox & Kings and Wild Frontiers. At American Express Global Business Travel, I was Head of Global Media, where I worked with all the leading airlines and hotel groups worldwide for Amex’s prestigious travellers.
After six years in corporate finance in the City, I returned to my roots and founded Lula Travel. I bring with me a global network and a passion for customer service. My aim is to build lasting relationships with my clients and network globally and to craft travel experiences that feel seamless, personal and memorable.

Sharing my own travel experiences and helping others create unforgettable memories is what I love. With nearly two decades in the travel industry, I have built strong relationships with leading airlines, luxury cruise and hotel groups, adventure touring companies and travel partners across the world. Combined with my own first-hand experience, these partnerships allow me to support Lula Travel in creating bespoke itineraries tailored to each client's individual wants, needs and interests.
I started my career with a Travel & Tourism apprenticeship and worked for a number of well-known agencies before joining Lula Travel. My own passion for travel truly began when I took a career break to live, work and travel in Australia for 12 months, followed by 6 months backpacking through Southeast Asia. Since then, I've visited over 50 countries and all seven continents, with Antarctica finally ticked off my bucket list last year.
Sarah Edwards - Travel Specialist
I support Lula Travel in looking after all our clients' bespoke travel needs all over the world. I am a Middle East specialist, with particular expertise in Oman, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, where I have lived and travelled extensively. I grew up in the South of France, speak English and French fluently, and have lived in France, England, Switzerland, the United States, Monaco and the United Arab Emirates. Having explored more than 48 countries, I bring first‑hand insight, local knowledge and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences.
Before turning my passion into my full‑time career, I spent more than 15 years in banking, most recently as a Managing Director and Chief of Staff and also ran my own wedding planning business. This blend of experience means I manage complex logistics with ease while never losing sight of the personal details that make each trip feel effortless and special.
Charley Robinson - Travel Specialist
With fifteen years in the travel industry, I bring a blend of frontline client care, in-depth destination knowledge and complex itinerary planning to the Lula Travel team. I began my career with a luxury boutique travel agency, looking after clients who expected thoughtful, well-crafted holidays and a very personal level of support. From there, I travelled around Asia for over a year before settling in New Zealand for several years, which has given me a genuine insider's perspective on long-haul and multi-stop journeys, as well as an enduring specialism in New Zealand.
Within the team, I add depth of experience in bespoke, often intricate itineraries across the globe, from luxury rail journeys across Canada and multi-centre city stays in the USA to first-time safaris in Africa, island-hopping and coastal escapes. I also specialise in family and adventure travel.
